Resetting Passwords

Head to the login page and click on "Forgot Password." Enter your email or username, then follow the instructions to get a verification code sent to your email or via SMS. After that, enter the code on the next page to create a new password, which will sync with your identity provider.

 

Steps to Reset Your Password 

1. Go to the login page.   Open the login screen for the SaaS application.
2. Select "Forgot Password."   Find the link or button labeled "Forgot Password?" or "Forgot my password" and click it.
3. Enter your registered details.   Provide the email address or username linked to your SSO account.
4. Complete the verification process.   You’ll receive a password reset link or a verification code via your registered email or phone number.
5. Enter the verification code.   Click the link or input the code you received on the verification page..
6. Create a new password.   Choose and confirm a new password that meets the app’s security guidelines.
