Head to the login page and click on "Forgot Password." Enter your email or username, then follow the instructions to get a verification code sent to your email or via SMS. After that, enter the code on the next page to create a new password, which will sync with your identity provider.
Steps to Reset Your Password
- Go to the login page. Open the login screen for the SaaS application.
- Select "Forgot Password." Find the link or button labeled "Forgot Password?" or "Forgot my password" and click it.
- Enter your registered details. Provide the email address or username linked to your SSO account.
- Complete the verification process. You’ll receive a password reset link or a verification code via your registered email or phone number.
- Enter the verification code. Click the link or input the code you received on the verification page..
- Create a new password. Choose and confirm a new password that meets the app’s security guidelines.
